We're a deliberately small firm. We take on projects we know we can execute at a high level, which means the engineers we hire need to be able to own an engagement end to end — from architecture conversations with a CTO to the code that runs in production.
We don't have layers of management. Senior engineers work directly with clients, write code, and contribute to how we scope and price projects. If that sounds like the right environment, we'd like to hear from you.

You've built LLM-powered systems that run in production. You understand the difference between an impressive demo and a reliable system. You've debugged prompt regressions, built eval suites, and handed off production code to clients who didn't need you to keep the lights on.
Strong Python. Familiarity with at least one major orchestration framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex, custom). Experience with at least one major cloud provider. You can talk to a VP Eng and a senior engineer in the same day and shift registers appropriately.

You've designed multi-agent systems at scale. You know how to structure agent architectures that degrade gracefully under real-world conditions. You can scope a complex automation problem in a 2-hour workshop and produce a technical spec that an engineer can actually build from.
