About us

A specialist firm built for one thing: getting AI agents into production.

Why we exist

We started Agent Consulting Group because we kept seeing the same failure mode: companies knew they needed AI agents, but the options available to them were all wrong. Big consultancies sold strategy decks. SaaS tools were too generic. And internal engineering teams were being asked to build something most of them had never built before.

We're the missing piece. A small team of engineers and AI architects who have done this before, embedded directly in your organization, with one job: ship a working system.

We're not a body shop. We're not a software factory. We're a specialist team that takes on a small number of projects at a time and goes deep on each one.

What makes us different

We only do agents. Not general consulting, not IT services, not anything else. This specialization means we've seen almost every failure mode and know how to avoid them before they cost you time.

We price fixed, not hourly. Hourly billing misaligns incentives. We'd rather charge for outcomes — a working system in production — than for time spent.

We hand off ownership. Your team owns the code, the infrastructure, and the runbook when we're done. We're not designing systems that require us to stay forever.

How we work

🎯

Ship, don't theorize

Every engagement ends with something in production. We don't do roadmaps without code.

🔍

Diagnose before prescribing

We scope every project before pricing it. We've turned down engagements where agents weren't the right answer.

🤝

Embedded, not external

We work inside your stack, alongside your team. We learn your systems, not just your requirements doc.

📐

Evaluation-first engineering

We write evals before we write agents. You get a system you can measure and trust — not one that feels impressive in a demo.

🔓

No lock-in

You own everything we build. Infrastructure, models, prompts, code. We're not a vendor; we're a contractor.

📣

Honest scope conversations

We'll tell you if a project is too early, too complex, or wrong for agents. We'd rather lose a deal than fail a client.
